The historically preserved venue can host up to 200 guests in the indoor, outdoor space.

1st Floor Chandelier Salon

The First Floor Chandelier Salon at The Manor transports guests to a bygone era of grandeur with ornate pebble terrazzo floors inspired by European palaces, large windows that light up the space, large fluted-square columns, and is adorned with its timeless namesake — a grand Venetian glass chandelier.

1st Floor Dining Room

The first-floor dining room is decorated with lavish finishing touches that make for an intimate setting, while remaining true to renowned architect Henry Charles Trost’s original design. 

1st Floor Bar

Deep inside The Manor, surrounded by dark-wood paneling, is a sleek and functional meeting space that provides an escape from the ordinary for guests. This bar/meeting room offers a distinctive and elegant setting, complete with its own private office.

1st Floor Catering Kitchen

The Manor is proud to offer the custom gourmet creations of an experienced executive chef, as well as decadent dessert and h’ordeuvres displays.

2nd Floor Chandelier Room

The second floor offers a refreshingly open space with carefully renovated wooden floors and beautiful white French doors that lead to its own balcony. A glass chandelier hangs from the high ceiling and a fireplace with its original mantle warms up the atmosphere.

2nd Floor Private Suites

Surrounded by large colonial-style windows that let in an abundance of natural light, the second-floor suites are tastefully decorated with classic elements that complement the 7 private suites while maintaining their ageless elegance. Some rooms offer balcony access, looking down toward the Carriage House and the downtown skyline.

The Manor Bar

Located on the third floor of the estate, The Manor Bar invites guests to unwind in a classic environment embellished with an antique carved-wood canopy bar and a full-size wooden billiards table. An original painting by renowned artist, Hal Marcus creates a lively ambience.


On either side of the bar are comfortable lounge areas with large TVs to relax and set the mood. An original courthouse door adjacent to the bar leads the way to a private room with views of Mesa Street.

Restrooms are located on each floor, including a full vintage bathroom located on the 2nd.

Venue and shared street parking are available within walking distance.  Valet and other transportation services are offered in select event packages.
